Convenient location near the bus terminal, making it easy to catch a bus to nearby attractions. Helpful and friendly staff who arranged airport transfers and were accommodating. Good breakfast with a variety of fruits. Nice to have a kettle in the room for convenience. Free Wi-Fi that worked well.
Not many food options nearby, so it's recommended to plan ahead or bring snacks. Limited kitchen facilities with outdated and dysfunctional equipment.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business trip, as it was close to the bus terminal and offered an airport pick-up service. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated having a kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more comfortable.
One of the negatives was the lack of breakfast options, as there were not many food choices nearby. the front gate being locked with a padlock was inconvenient, especially when needing to leave the hotel after dark.

Great location near Ofelia bus station with easy access. Amazing staff that went above and beyond to assist us, including ordering food and accommodating early breakfast requests. Owner speaks excellent English. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh fruit, bread, muesli.
Felt safe walking at night, and the staff was always helpful whenever we needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble.
